As you can see, Smart does not offer subscription for small data allocation. If you are low in budget, but still wants to connect to the internet, Globe subscription will be better for you.

If you look closely, both subscriptions from Smart and Globe offer the same value. However, it will all depend on the kind of apps you would be spending your freebie on. Take note that Smart readily allocates 300 MB for your freebie app, but you have to register your freebie for Globe.

Although Globe offers more data allocation, it costs a hundred-peso more than the Smart subscription.Come to think of it, the additional 400 MB would be costing you Php100 if you were a Globe subscriber.

In this case, Globe offers more value for your money, but some would find it hard to shell out almost one thousand pesos a month. Also, if you are a Smart subscriber already, better choose GigaSurf499 because it will give you more value for your money.

Take note that Smart SurfMax250 and SurfMax299 are both valid for seven days. You might wonder what the difference is between them since it is obviously cheaper to subscribe to the first one. However, SurfMax250 is only available for Smart Bro subscribers.
When choosing your internet subscription, consider your data usage as well as your time spent online. Signal availability will also play a major role in choosing your network. A lot of times, both networks release special promotions which will give more value to your money so watch out for them!
